Maracuja Passion Fruit
The Brazilian Maracuja passion fruit is native to northern Brazil and can be found growing on climbing vines throughout the rainforests and tropical regions.  Bright yellow and very large in size, it is a world apart from the small dark wrinkled passion fruit we find in the UK.  The Maracuja has an exquisite taste that is beautifully tart and extremely refreshing.
