Papaya
Papaya is a remarkable fruit in terms of its taste and nutritional content. Papaya is widely distributed throughout Brazil and extremely popular when consumed fresh or as a juice or dessert ingredient.              
Its sweet and succulent flavour is widely sought after and its thick flesh makes a wonderful puree. Pulpa Papaya is simply the crushed and frozen fruit with the seeds removed and nothing added.

Nutritional Content
Nutritionally papaya is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C whilst containing vitamin A, B, and E. It is high in fibre, calcium, iron, and potassium.  Papaya is a well known source of papain, an enzyme that helps the digestion of protein.
